I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a great area of town. It was not far from the central railway station and there was even a big supermarket nearby. The room was lovely and had all the amenities I needed, including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff were excellent and provided top-notch service, from the room service to the bell staff. I also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which had a sauna and swimming pool. it was a truly luxurious experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It exceeded my expectations and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff, especially DOUNIYA at reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They spoke multiple languages and made sure guests were satisfied. The porters were also very helpful, and the rooms were clean. The room service, provided by KINZA, was fantastic. The breakfast included delicious orange juice and tea/coffee. The location was convenient for the airport and bus station.
